Civic Center Vista is a short walk away from Alamo Square Park, with its famous row of Victorian “Painted Ladies.” Upscale Hayes Valley is a few blocks east, and the hip, edgy Lower Haight neighborhood is a few blocks south.

Civic Center Vista is on the upper floor of a building built in the Victorian style around the turn of the 20th century. The flat has been renovated, and has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an eating area. The living room has fantastic views of downtown San Francisco. There is a pull out couch and a desk, and the kitchen can be closed off so as not to disturb those in the living room. The master bedroom also has great views and a Queen sized bed. There is another small bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub.

Rental of Civic Center Vista includes a small garage parking space. There is a stairway accessing the garage from the kitchen.
